Just found the 2010 Sherlock Series and absolutely love it, it’s so entertaining. The cast is amazing and the show is clearly well written and produced. They have successfully brought Sherlock into the 21st century with this beautiful series.

“REJOICE NOT when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth, / Lest the Lord see [it], and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.”

Osama Wasn’t All Bad

Men Crying

Not only was Osama unarmed when he was murdered by the jingoistic government of the United States and their overzealous troops, but he had many good, kind characteristics that many people like to overlook.

1. He was obviously loved enough by his family for one of his wives to save him.

2. He didn’t live in ultra luxury, in fact the place he lived was falling apart.

3. In his will he cautioned his sons not to follow in his footsteps.

4. He regretted not spending more time with his kids.

5. He was murdered in front of his family in the midst of likely enjoying his day.

Obviously people don’t like to see people as the grey they are, they would much prefer having only primal feelings of black and white, good and evil. To most people there is no such thing as someone who is a mix when in reality the vast majority of people don’t actually fit into such a mold.

State of Global Warfare

Our current state of warfare on a global scale in the name of fighting terrorism is reminiscent of the novel 1984. In 1984 there is global conflict that never seems to end, the sides involved in the fighting make peace with one another and declare war on the one left out creating perpetual warfare. Through the guise of fighting terrorism that is the society we live in today, one where the fighting will never end because we are trying to fight an enemy that is so minuscule it is nearly impossible to find. Even when it is found it does little in the global scheme of things to end anything. It is just human nature to have dissenters and when they are given the firepower of fighting a war against one of the more jingoistic nations in the world they jump at the chance. By fighting them the West acknowledges them and through that allows their continued existence. The West’s continued fight against terrorism does little to actual stop it and one would argue it actually acts to stir the fighting up, acting as a recruiting tool for the very ones trying to be “stopped”.

Archbishop of Canterbury reveals 'discomfort' at killing of Osama Bin Laden

Dr Rowan Williams told the Telegraph today: ‘The killing of an unarmed man is always going to leave a very uncomfortable feeling because it does not look as if justice is seen to be done.’

“Her comments were heavily criticized among political and religious circles. A member of her own conservative Christian Democratic Union, Siegfried Kauder, said: “I wouldn’t have used those words. That is a vengeful way of thinking that one shouldn’t have; that’s medieval.””

In Europe, Disquiet Over Bin Laden and U.S.

The action taken against Osama Bin Laden was not justice but instead murder, pure and simple. This has led to an increase in anti-Americanism throughout the planet and possibly inflamed the very ones they claim to “stop” by killing Osama.

“Bin Laden was then shot and killed. He was not armed.”

—   The United States claims it killed Osama Bin Laden while he was completely and totally unarmed. This clearly shows the United States and the West have to be stopped. They shot and killed a defenseless man, these people are highly trained and capable of quickly distinguishing who is armed and who isn’t; easily proven by the fact they only shot his wife in the leg rather than killing her outright. Yet they killed a man in what appears to be cold blood. This man known to the world as Osama was obviously liked enough by those close to him that they would sacrifice themselves for him: Bin Laden’s wife“rushed the U.S. assaulter and was shot in the leg but not killed”. If the West doesn’t change her ways I fear that things will only get worse. Violence can not be used to fight violence the same way fire can not be used to extinguish a flame.
